Exhibitor questions

How to become an exhibitor at electronica India?

To participate in electronica India, you must fill and submit your application online on the MMI Connect platform. Based on the information provided on the form, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. If so, we will send you a participation confirmation and stand proposal.

What is the minimum stand size?

The minimum size is twelve square meters.

When we register for the fair, what does that include?

When you submit your application, it only concerns stand space at electronica India. It automatically includes the mandatory entry in the online exhibitor directory as well as worker and exhibitor badges.
You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services and advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.

When and how will I be invoiced?

Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application together with a pro forma invoice by e-mail. The payment is due immediately unless other payment deadlines are stated in the invoices. The application is only valid in conjunction with a non-refundable down payment of minimum 40% of the participation fee.
All invoices connected to the event must be paid without deductions and free of all charges by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor’s company name and invoice number.
After the show you will receive the official tax invoice replacing the proforma invoice.

Can co-exhibitors exhibit at my stand? If so, how can I register them?

Co-exhibitors are subject to approval by the organizer. Co-exhibitors can be admitted against payment, which must be settled by the main exhibitor. Co-exhibitor participation must be requested by the main exhibitor via e-mail to the project management .

What is the price of admission?

Admission is free upon registration—trade visitors only!

Who can attend electronica India?

The exhibition is open to trade professionals by registration only. Admission is free. Visitors must register online or at the exhibition and wear their visitor badge during the exhibition. No visitors under the age of 16 years will be admitted.

How can I get a visitor badge?

Visitors can register online to save time onsite. Your printed badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the registration counter by the entrance of the trade fair. You also can register onsite at the registration counter.

What are the opening hours of electronica India?

The opening hours are 10:00–18:00
